I've been SUPER lucky lately though so I'm willing to go as someone's guest...as a lucky charm!
here. Luck usually runs in threes (or is that death??) so I thought that I was done. Except I was not. I have won four more. Seriously. Like I said...who wants to bring me to Vegas?
I want to quick share all the awesome products I've been able to get as a thank you to my fellow bloggers.
First, I got to pick two products each from Learning With Mrs. Leeby and Live, Laugh, I Love Kindergarten (fellow Minnesota bloggers!!) Here is what I got from Mrs. Leeby...
From Live, Laugh, I Love Kindergarten I picked...
This week I won a Leprechaun on the Loose Pack from Sharing Kindergarten. It goes with the book of the same title.
It is a super cute book and there are a TON of great questions and activities to go with it.
I also got 100 Brag Tags from Fun in 1st Grade and Boost Promotions. This is our second year of using Brag Tags. My kids can earn up to five during the year.
1. First Day of Kindergarten
2. Meeting our Math SMART goal
3. Meeting our Reading SMART goal
I told my kids today that they could get some more and they went wild! They brainstormed and wrote down some ideas of what to order. I think we decided on one for reading in front of the class, one for being the student of the month, one for reading all of our popcorn words correctly and one for reading 100 books as a class.
Last, I found out today that I won Chalk Talk's Giveaway for Learning Resources Barnyard Buzzers.
These are going to be so fun to use during my Farms Unit next week!
Any takers on bringing me to Vegas!?!
Last, I want to show you what we've been up to in our room during Daily Five. I'm helping Jessica from Fun in PreK-1 with her 100 follower giveaway and she generously passed on her Who Took The Gold from the Leprechaun Letters and Letter Sounds I Spy Pack.
It is super cute and colorful (right up my alley). I also love that it is differentiated so my low and high kids can get something out of it. They use a magnifying class to look for letters on the sheet. When they find one, they can write or stamp the letter next to a picture of something that ends the same (she also has beginning sounds, capital letters and lowercase letters). Here are some of my kids using it today...
I copied the sheet on green paper, added a green Scentos pen and BAM! done. There is still time to enter her giveaway!
